AARON POARCH -- ASSISTANT PRODUCER
Being an admitted "trivia junkie" first led Aaron to
High-Five. Now, after being a volunteer on High-Five, he
can't think of anything else better he could be doing with
his spare time than working on the show. Aaron likes the
fact that there is a venue available for the youths who
choose to do something positive. "It is refreshing to be
around the young people and be part of a positive experience
for them." Aaron helps out however he can around the studio
and is proud to be associated with a program that gives the
good kids the attention they deserve. |
Tom Turner -- ASSISTANT PRODUCER
Board of Directors - High-Five Foundation
After many years in Law
Enforcement and as an investigator, I saw the worst in today's youth.
But I also knew that the problems only existed with a very few. I have
known Wayne for over 40 years and applaud his recognition of those good
kids. As a member of the Board of Directors, I am excited about the
future of the High-Five Challenge and look forward to the
show going national. |

| ANN
MORTON -- JUDGE Dr. Ann Morton
is a retired college professor who once made it onto "Jeopardy" and won a
trip to the Bahamas (but no money). She is constantly amazed at how smart
some of the kids are who appear on High-Five. She loves working with Wayne
and the rest of the crew, but hates those Saturday afternoon tapings when
she can't find out the Oregon Ducks football scores. Ann Morton has been a
part of the High-Five production team since the first season in 1994. |
Jeff Morton -- Fund Raising
Board of Directors - High-Five Foundation
Jeff Morton is
the newest addition to the High Five staff. Jeff was born in
Rochester, New York. He moved to Oregon in 1977 and says
this is home. He is a U.S. Navy veteran, married with four
wonderful children. A former business owner, Jeff currently
provides a seminar based on "Excellent Customer Service," a
program he developed for small companies with service
technicians. He says he is a "people person" and wants
desperately to foster positive choices with our young
people.

I have built many computer
systems and networks and continue to be a computer technician. Wayne came
into MemoryTime where I worked and asked for a technical kind of guy to help
with this show. I readily agreed since this was a great opportunity to help
out all our kids. I welcome guests to the show and help keep everything
running as smoothly as possible, on the set, and produce what you see here
on the web. |

| MARY LOU
VORHIES -- ASSISTANT PRODUCER My
broadcasting career started out in radio. I worked at KACI, The Dalles, KPCC
and KINK in Portland as on air personality and news director. Loved all of
broadcasting, so I moved into cable television. I hosted and interviewed for
various music programs and sports events. Getting behind the camera, I
operated the cameras and floor directed. I have also appeared as talent in
television commercials. I've enjoyed being part of a television program that
is so meaningful and fun. High Five Challenge showcases some very talented
students and serves as a positive example to other teens. This game show
builds up our youth. I find it dynamic and rewarding. |
SUE
PRICE -- ASSISTANT PRODUCER Sue began her
association with High-Five by being a regular viewer of the show. After
attending a taping of High-Five and talking with Wayne, she knew she had to
help in any way she could and volunteered to assist with the program. If you
are a contestant or an audience member of the show, you can expect to be
greeted by one of Sue's trademark smiles and her sunny disposition. Sue
says, "I can't think of a better way of giving back, if just in a small way,
to the idea of helping today's good kids!" |
